Carpet Steam Cleaning |

The process consists of spraying a solution of water and
special biodegradable chemicals into the carpet pile and
recovering the water and soil with a powerful vacuum into a
holding tank. Our specialists will “steam clean your carpet

able to walk on your carpet within 2-5 hours. We believe

The chemical, hot water and water
pressure agitates unwanted grime and bacteria and the
high intensity suction will remove the unwanted
material. A deodoriser and sanitiser finishes the
process leaving your areas with a clean smelling,
disinfected aroma.
How we work:
Our technicians pre-inspect the
carpet in all the areas that need cleaning. They
identify the carpet's construction and fibre, evaluate
individual needs. Our technicians are the key to
quality results.
The technician then applies a
pre-conditioner to loosen dirt and oils that vacuum
cleaners cannot remove. Our pre-conditioner contains
over one dozen ingredients, each of which is effective
on different types of stains and dirt, and through
synergy each ingredient interacts with other ingredients
to form hundreds of additional cleaning combinations.
The pre-conditioner will also
enhance the colour and brighten lighter carpets. By
preconditioning your carpets, this allows a longer dwell
time to emulsify the soils in your carpet resulting in a
cleaner carpet. Another highly concentrated cleaning
agent is applied to spot stains, to ensure a premium
quality service and finish is delivered every time. We

We use both methods.
Steamcleaning with a manual
wand - that is a manual scrub procedure, cleaning
from two directions, back and forth. This
method is recommended for lightly soiled carpets.

The Rotovac Rotary Powerwand
that operates as an upright vacuum cleaner.
The patented Rotovac vacuum heads use Rotary Jet
Extraction which thoroughly cleans the carpet
fibres from all directions with 1500
injection/extraction cleaning passes per minute.

The Rotovac simply glides
over the carpet in an effortless motion.
Combining rotary agitation with hot water
extraction, the Rotovac cleans better, leaving the
carpet about 20% drier when compared to a manual
scrub wand under similar conditions.
